Refund policy

Returns/Exchange:
We currently only offer store credit for returns. All returns most be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item to be eligible for an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.

Non-returnable items:

Personalized/Special-made Items

Store Credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive an email within 3-5 business days with a personal credit code. The credit can be applied to any items available on the site.

Sale items/ Items Purchased with Promo Codes:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you used a promo code to purchase an item, you will only be credited the amount spent with promo code minus shipping fees.

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER IN ORDER TO PROCESS THE REFUND.
If we are unable to identify your order and/or where/who it came from you will forfeit the refund and item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held responsible for items once shipped.
